CEO and Chef

Nicolás de la Vega, chef of SLOW&LOW, originally from Mexico, has trained at the prestigious Hofmann School in Barcelona, to which we must add his eighteen years of professional experience in the kitchen. An experience with which he has been able to explore Mediterranean cuisine in his homeland, and put his art into practice at Taverna Hofmann.

His passion for culinary authenticity translates into an exceptional ability to relate the virtues of traditional Spanish and Mexican cuisine.
