Francesc Beltri, chef of SLOW&LOW, born in Barcelona, entered the world of cooking at a very young age and has trained alongside some of the best chefs in the country, such as Albert Adrià. Among his more than twenty-five years of experience, he has been a finalist in the prestigious Copa Jerez, an award where various chefs with Michelin Stars have applied.

His time in London and Indonesia has expanded his technical knowledge, as well as his flavors. Francesc Beltri's cuisine is characterized by his passion for the sea, freshness, and limitless creativity.
