His professional career is developed at the Hofmann school and restaurants such as El Bulli, Sant Pau, Abac and in hotel companies performing the role of executive chef and corporate chef. His training as a Graduate in Business Administration, and his Master's degree in Digital Marketing, allow him to develop and optimize highly efficient management models.
